All products sold on bagsclub.shop are original BagsClub designs. We are an independent label and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other brand or fashion house.

We make every effort to display product colours, textures and details as accurately as possible. Because each piece is made from natural materials and screens display colour differently, slight variations may occur and are not considered defects.

Certain products may be available in limited quantities. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) without notice at any time.

In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you if this happens.

• When you place an order, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information.
• Payment is processed securely through our checkout provider at the time of purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or distributors, or where fraud is suspected.
